Your First Visit
New chairs are intimidating. Here’s everything we’d want to know before trying a new shop — so you can walk in like a regular.
Step by step
How it works
No. 1
Pick your stylist
Browse the stylist profiles and specialties. Undecided? Book any chair — we’ll match you.
No. 2
Book your service
Check the menu with prices — no surprises. Color is by appointment and starts with a consultation.
No. 3
Show up as you are
Clean or day-three hair, photos or no photos. The consultation sorts everything out before the scissors move.
Good things to know
- Prices are public. The full menu is on the site — what you see is what you pay, with length/density adjustments agreed before we start.
- Everyone gets a chair. Barbershop and salon under one roof means nobody has to pick a “side.” All ages, all textures, all styles.
- Running late? Call ahead and we’ll do our best. We hold your chair for a 15-minute grace period; later than that, we may need to shorten or reschedule.
- Parking: [Add parking guidance.]
- Payment: Cash and all major cards, plus tap-to-pay through Square. Tips always appreciated.
First visit jitters are normal. Tell us it’s your first time when you book — we’ll schedule a little extra breathing room.
